Training people is a craft, not a checklist.
I work at Ditto Insurance, a fast-growing InsurTech startup. Over the past 1.5+ year, I've designed and delivered structured programs that take raw advisor hires and turn them into confident, quality-ready professionals in under two weeks.
Before training, I spent 8 months as a Quality Associate - auditing 100,000+ minutes of calls, flagging advisor errors, and building the SOP literacy that now shapes how I design training. I know what failure looks like, so I build systems that prevent it.
