Cancellation & Refund Policy

STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY
Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, customized software development, and automation services, there will be absolutely no refunds issued once a purchase is made or a project deposit is paid.
1. Digital Goods & Services
All services provided—including but not limited to website development, custom coding, Notion templates, and workflow automations—are digital and intangible. Once a product is downloaded, access is granted, or custom development work has commenced, it cannot be "returned."
2. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an ongoing custom project, you must notify me in writing. However, any payments or deposits made up until the point of cancellation are non-refundable. If the work completed exceeds the deposit amount, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance.
3. Chargeback Waiver & Legal Action
By making a payment, you agree that you will not dispute, initiate a chargeback, or request a reversal from your bank or credit card company for any reason. Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as theft of digital services. In the event of an unjustified chargeback, your license to use the delivered assets will be immediately revoked, and legal action may be pursued under the Indian Penal Code and Information Technology Act to recover the funds along with legal expenses.
4. Acceptance of Policy
By placing an order, filling out the execution form, or submitting payment for any service or template, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this No-Refund Policy in its entirety. This policy complies with standard Indian regulations regarding the sale of non-tangible digital goods.
4. Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy are not granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to "change of mind" or "lack of expertise" to use the delivered digital products.
